Come spend an afternoon in the studio and dive into the world of ceramic food! In this workshop, you’ll learn basic sculpture skills such as slab rolling, pinching, and coiling. Using a variety of clay bodies you’ll apply these techniques to make your own miniature food sculptures. You’ll be guided through the process of surface decoration and have the option to paint your pieces with underglazes. By the end of the day, you’ll have a set of little sculptures that we will fire and string for you to use as ornaments this holiday season!
Your pieces will be ready for pickup approximately 2-3 weeks after the workshop. Pick-up time may vary depending on studio firing schedules.
