All memberships start on the first of the month and run through the end of that month. We do not offer prorated or partial-month memberships. The sooner you submit your application and purchase your membership, the sooner we can get you through the door!

Once you apply and purchase your first month of membership, you'll be added to our review queue based on the date your payment and application are submitted. We begin reviewing applications two weeks before the start of each month and send out acceptances shortly after.

If you're approved, we’ll contact you to schedule your orientation. If you’re not approved, we’ll reach out with more questions. Once you are approved for a membership, we will reach out to you to schedule your orientation. Depending on when in the month you apply, this could be up to a month or two after you submit your materials. The earlier you can apply the better!

Memberships are refundable up to five days before the start of the month. After that deadline, all sales are final and non-refundable.

You can cancel your membership subscription at any time through our website. If you need help canceling, please reach out to us at info@reclaimclay.com at least one week before your next scheduled payment.

When you cancel, your membership will remain active through the end of the paid month.

Yes, we allow outside clays, glazes, and mason stains in our studio as long as they have been approved by one of our staff before firing. All clays and glazes should be rated for midrange cone 5-6 temperatures (not to be confused with cone 05-06).

All studio users must be 18 years or older. If you’d like to request a membership for your child, please contact us at info@reclaimclay.com. Minors are required to be accompanied by a parent or guardian at all times while in the studio.

All members receive one complimentary guest pass per month to bring a friend or loved one to enjoy the studio with them. When you arrive with your guest, please check in with a staff member so your guest can sign a studio waiver and be shown basic safety guidelines. Guests must remain with their member escort at all times and may fire 1-2 small projects during their visit. Larger or additional pieces can be fired through our community firing services.

Additional guests are welcome but must purchase a day pass to use the studio alongside members.
